Boston is known for its art-world charm, but this weekend it’s bringing a new twist to the city.
In the spirit of the New England Winter Carnival, Boston Sightseeing Tours will bring visitors to the Boston Aquarium for its New Year’s Eve bash.
The Boston Aquarian is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year and has been hosting its New Years Eve bash at the Boston Botanical Garden since 1997.
The festival was originally called the Aquarium Nights but is now called the Boston Sighting Tours.
The group is hosting the event with the Aquarian’s New Year Eve party taking place on Saturday, November 20.
The group has curated a lineup of art, music, and food, including a free “Sightseeing” guided tour of the Botanical Gardens, followed by a fireworks display.
Tickets for the New Years’ Eve bash start at $40 for adults and $25 for kids, with the cost of the Aquatica tickets and other attractions including a craft beer garden and a “bio-art exhibit.”
